This architect-designed second-story addition sits atop the rear carport of an existing Zincalume home, thoughtfully expanding the space while maintaining aesthetic harmony. Designed for a client in the architectural field, the project prioritises cost-effective finishes that highlight raw material integrity and craftsmanship. Cleverly navigating site constraints, the self-contained suite features a bathroom, kitchenette, custom timber windows, and two well-placed skylights. The external cladding and projected roofing ensure seamless continuity with the original structure.
